Olivia Newton-John’s daughter Chloe Lattanzi has shared a touching tribute to her late mother one day after news of her death broke.

Taking to Instagram, Chloe shared an emotional video (above) captured before Olivia’s death of the mother and daughter singing a duet together.

It was filmed in 2021 at Olivia’s Southern California ranch, where she’s understood to have spent her final days surrounded by friends and family.

Chloe has paid tribute to her late mother a day after her tragic death.

“You are my lighthouse mama. My safe place. My heart space,” Chloe captioned the moving clip.

“It has been my honour and continues to be my honour to be your baby and best friend.

“You are an angel on earth and everyone touched by you has been blessed. I love you forever my life giver, my teacher, my mama.”

Friends and fans sent messages of love and support in the comments, including Olivia’s niece Tottie Goldsmith, who still lives in Australia.

“Love you beautiful girl. I’m forever your family and always here for you,” Tottie wrote.

American talk show host Leeza Gibbons commented: “This. Is. Everything! The soundtrack of love with your mother/daughter perfect harmony.

“That ‘window’ is possible dear Chloe. Keep the faith. Sending so much love as you grieve.”

The footage she shared was from the music video for her and Olivia’s 2021 duet Window In the Wall, recorded during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The song’s lyrics include: “Looking for a window in the wall / Maybe we can see the other side / And find we’re not so different after all / Looking for a window in the wall.”

Chloe shared another tribute to her mother hours after the family confirmed Olivia’s passing, posting a series of photos with her late mother to Instagram.

Including throwbacks to her childhood and more recent photos, Chloe didn’t need to add a caption as she documented the beautiful bond between herself and Olivia.

Speaking with The Australian Women’s Weekly in 2021, Chloe said one of the things she admired most about her mum was her ability to “see beauty in everything”.

“She chooses to be positive,” Chloe said at the time. “That is so hard. Most people choose the easy way, which is being negative.”

Olivia smiles in the joint interview, adding: “I try to.

“To see the beauty and not the ugliness, to see the good and not the bad. That’s a decision you can make.”
