Survivor Allstar Moana Hope and her model wife Isabella Carlstrom are eagerly awaiting baby #2 as Moana passes her due date.
The 33-year-old ALFW star, who played for Collingwood and North Melbourne before her two Survivor stints has entered the third trimester of her pregnancy and is currently 40+5 weeks! To honour this milestone we are sharing some of the most beautiful images from her pregnancy so far in the gallery below.
Moana announced the exciting pregnancy news in December.
The Survivor All-Star shared a series of touching black and white pictures featuring Isabella and Moana’s sister Livinia, and baby Svea all beaming while displaying an ultrasound image.
In the caption, Moana revealed that this time around she would be carrying the pair’s baby and they intend to have even more children.
“I’m pregnant… we’re pregnant🤰🏽🎊 2022 our little modern family will grow by one tiny human. Building our own little football team 🤣,” Moana announced.
Isabella carried and gave birth to Svea in November 2020 after the couple conceived her through IVF. The pair, who tied the knot in 2019, are so grateful to have conceived twice via the IVF team at Monash.

“Sums up life right now 😂”
Moana shared an image of herself looking completely exhausted and laying prone across a lounge in the waiting room.
“Sitting in the OB waiting room. Wearing Bella’s slippers coz thats the only thing that will fit my extremely large fluid retaining feet,” said the very pregnant star.
“Taking a nap and waking up just to feel like i need another nap. Tummy is on full show because I don’t have clothes that will fit over the bump anymore.”
The tired mum-to-be said she was “waiting for this little one to decide when it’s time to come,” but even though she might be pooped, she has “loved being pregnant and I’m extremely excited to meet this little one.”
Isabella shared a beautiful tribute to her pregnant wife alongside an image of a very pregnant Moana sitting on the beach.
Svea can’t wait to be a big sister!
Sharing an adorable moment from a family bath, where a sudsy Svea is seen kissing Moana’s belly while Isabella looks on, Moana shared: “Whenever I say to Svea ‘where is the baby’ she points and kisses my belly… In this case gives her little sister or brother raspberries.Can’t wait for her to meet her little sibling 💛”
Moana is mastering “me-time”!
At 36 weeks along, Moana claims she is “slightly nervous but mostly excited.”
Sharing an image of herself engaging in some bath-time pampering, Moana penned: “Now is the time I put me first and find the zen before the little one comes along.
“🫶🏽 My little routine consists of a warm bath and face mask while I close my eyes and work on my breathing for labour.”

Sharing an image of herself sitting amongst the toys on a the very recognisable set of abc’s Playschool, Moana gave a pretty solid hint that we can expect to see her guest hosting soon!
“Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be sitting in this chair<” she wrote.
“If you know the set, you will understand why. If not, I’m excited to share this with you soon. 🫢”
Surrounded by love
As the Survivor Allstar heads towards the end of her pregnancy, it’s clear she’s surrounded by love and is feeling all the feelings.
Alongside a series of images of herself and wife, Isabella Carlstrom sunning at the beach, Moana shared: “I can’t tell you enough how much I love you. Both of you👭🤰🏽❤️”
29 weeks
“Let the count down begin,” Moana shared, alongside an image of her growing bump.
“Can’t wait to hold, kiss and cuddle you!”
Third trimester
As Moana entered her third and final trimester, she shared a beautiful image of herself cradling her growing bump while hiking.
Reflecting on her journey so far, the AFLW legend shared: “This experience so far has been one of my favourite ones. I think it’s the kicks and movements that makes it so real and has me so excited for what’s to come. I’ve fallen in love with my body and I know that sounds strange but watching it go through this process has made realise how amazing it truly is. I wasn’t sure if I would feel that ‘connection’ with Bubs while in the inside, but I’ve falling in love with you and I haven’t even officially met you yet. 💛”
20 weeks!
At the halfway mark, Moana shared a beautiful image of her growing belly with her fans, writing: “20 weeks in and we can’t wait to hold, cuddle and kiss you.”
Fun in the sun
Moana gave the bump a hit of vitamin D at a beach day at Victoria’s Jan Juc Main Beach while out exploring with her beautiful family.
19 weeks
At 19 weeks, the busy mum-to-be found out just how challenging chasing a toddler is when the toilet is calling!
“I’m just not sure how much longer I can play safety mum up and down the stairs with a bladder that never ends!” she shared.
