MKR’s Blake Proud and singer Ella Bourne take baby Sunny home from hospital

Blake Proud (My Kitchen Rules 2019) and his fiancee Ella Bourne (Ella Bee) have welcomed their first child together! Sunny Rose Proud arrived earthside on March 28, 2022, and the happy couple took to Instagram to share the gorgeous and stunning pics of their delicious bub.
Sunny Rose weighed in at a healthy 3.8k (8.3 pounds) and the new parents shared several memorable photos of their little darling girl, saying “Thank you everyone for all your beautiful messages of love, excitement & support – sorry if we haven’t responded yet we are still settling in at home and finding our feet as new parents and will eventually come back to you!”
The proud 33-year-old dad had taken to Instagram to share a beautiful photo of the then parents-to-be when Ella was 40 weeks plus three days pregnant, saying “This baby is taking forever!” but went on to say that they were enjoying their time together as couple before their little family grew.
“Reflecting on all the good times we have shared and memories we have made so far. So excited and so ready for the next chapter of our lives together as parents with our little girl,” continued Blake, who is a TV and radio presenter, photographer and content producer.
Professional singer and tattoo artist Ella shared her “favourite photo” from the couple’s maternity shoot, saying she had been hesitant in case it was too “riskae”. Adding “it may be the last ‘maternity’ photo we put up before our baby girl makes it into this world (yes… still waiting!) I know she will make our smiles even bigger than they already are.”
