Hydralyte

Hydralyte is hydration happiness in a glass (or bottle or ice block). In other words, it’s a great tasting rehydration solution the whole family can drink, scientifically formulated to restore vital electrolytes in your body when you’re dehydrated.
To work the way they’re supposed to, our bodies need water and electrolytes (like sodium, potassium and chloride). If things get out of balance, dehydration can happen. You might notice increased thirst, decreased urine output or feeling lethargic. Both water and electrolytes play an important role in staying hydrated.
