Little bogey man: The Bachelor’s Tara Pavlovic shares son Paddy’s crazy golf skills
"He has such a great pro golfer name, like he was born for it 😂"
Bachie fan fave, Tara Pavlovic-Shepherdson has been sharing videos of her son, Paddy George Shepherdson’s incredible skills on the golf course. And when we say incredible we mean INCREDIBLE, mainly because little Paddy isn’t even two years old yet!
The talented youngster has been mimicking the form of golf pros since before he could stand, the golf-obsessed tot developing his skills with daily training using a teeny tiny set of clubs.
Tara, who rose to fame on Matty ‘J’ Johnson’s season of The Bachelor in 2017, often shares updates her son’s crazy skills, impressing everyone with his style and form.
The proud mum of two, who welcomed her second child, a daughter in September ’22, says little Paddy has been obsessed with watching golf on television “since he was born”.
It’s not often you come across someone who has honed their skills in a sport every single day since before they could stand!
Spotting his interest, his dad, Tara’s husband Nick Shepherdson began showing him how to use a club before Paddy could even stand! It wasn’t long until he had his own club set and by 20 months old the miniature golf enthusiast was honing his skills “every single day” in the loungeroom, backyard and on the greens with his dad.
“We help by being his cheer squad and making sure we give him opportunities to practise,” shares Tara.

Tara, who married Nick at the Sol Gardens in Currumbin Valley, Queensland in 2020 after two years of dating, has been garnering a lot of attention for her little golf pro.

Serious business on the course.
“Love it!! Paddy’s definitely got a golfing future,” encouraged another.
One commenter suggested he should keep it up “so mummy can retire😘😘”
While one summed up all of our feelings by stating the obvious: “The saddest part is that he actually plays golf/hits the ball better than I do 😂😂”
We can’t wait to see where this kid’s passion takes him. Go Paddy!
