Celebrity kids go back to school: Michelle Bridges shares throwback photos on Axl’s first day

She might have forged a reputation based on her tough love personal training style, but when it comes to her son Axel, Michelle Bridges is a mummy marshmallow!
The former Biggest Loser coach has shared a heartwarming – and a little heart wrenching – tribute to the beautiful boy she shares with former partner, fellow celebrity fitness trainer, Steve ‘Commando’ Willis on his first day of school on Thursday and we’re not teary … you are!
Big school, here he comes!
Alongside an image of herself 5yo Axel in his school uniform and a series of never before seen throwback images of him as a baby, the 50yo mum-of-one shared: “Sometimes is just important to take note when something big in your world happens… and feel.
“My heart is literally outside of my body and walking into his own world,” she continued.
“I wish for wonder, joy, excitement, challenges, obstacles, kindness, camaraderie, goodness, conversations, belly laughs…
“Gosh, so much. How does one take it all in?”
“We’ve made it my darling,” she continued. “There’s more to come. But here we are today. And I will be with you every step of the way.
“It’s a gift. 🙏🏼❤️ I love you. Mumma”

The fitness expert recently admitted that she had been dreading Axel to school for the first time in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.
“I will probably shed a tear,” she confessed, adding, “I am a basket case at the best of times when it comes to my son but I will try not to embarrass him.”
It feels like yesterday that little Axel was a newborn.
Not worried about her little boy with his “strong, wonderful and fun personality” making new friends, the star admitted it was more the feeling of time slipping away that her emotional.
“My baby is going to school. I don’t know what happened to the last five years. It is quite overwhelming in a way.”
Michelle is emotional at the time slipping away.
