Store:

• Do not fill beyond MAX measurement mark.
• Allow hot food to cool before putting on lid and storing in the refrigerator.

Warm:

• Food can be warmed in the jar by placing into a bowl of warm water, or using a standard bottle warmer on low with the jar lids removed. Check bottle warmer size compatibility first.
• Alternatively, remove lid and microwave in 30 second increments until warm. Never place jars directly on a stove element or flame.
• Note: Take extra care when microwave heating: localised overheating can occur. Transfer food a separate bowl or plate before serving. Always mix the heated food and check the temperature before feeding.
