• Press down on the back of the collector and centre the main opening over your nipple.
• Press to your breast and release to create suction. Secure in your bra.
• To restart suction, take out your collector and press the back again, taking care not to spill any collected milk. You may need to transfer your milk to a clean, sterilised container before restarting.
• To use with no suction, pop into your bra without pressing the back. Wear one on the other side to save let-down while nursing, or wear two at a a time to express or collect on-the-go.
