Directions for use:

• Children: 1-3 years: 1-2 capsules daily
• 4-13 years: 1-2 capsules twice daily
• 14+ years & Adults including pregnant & breastfeeding women: 2-5 capsules daily
• Or as directed by a healthcare professional

How to administer:

• For young children who cannot chew, puncture the capsule with a toothpick or fork then squeeze the content onto food, a teaspoon, or directly into mouth.
• For older children who can chew and adults, chew capsule whole.
