The proud parents connected on Twitter over their shared humour and mutual friends, and married in December 2018.

Adding to her Instagram account, Miranda showed off little Grace in a cool gift, saying:

James Van Der Beek and his wife Kimberly are parents for the sixth time!

Sharing the news to Instagram, the 44-year-old former Dawson’s Creek star announced the safe arrival of their newborn boy. The baby news comes following two past miscarriages.

“Humbled and overjoyed to announce the safe, happy arrival of Jeremiah Van Der Beek ❤️ (We’ve been calling him Remi, btw – not “dinosaur” 🥰),” wrote the now father-of-six.

“After experiencing late-term #pregnancyloss twice in a row (both at 17+ weeks), we kept this one quiet. Truthfully, I was terrified when I found out.”

James, who also shares Olivia, 11, Joshua, 9, Annabel, 7, Emilia, 5, and Gwendolyn, 3, with Kimberly, 39, went on to explain the cause of the previous two miscarriages.

“We found a doctor here in Texas who diagnosed the last two as having been caused by an: “incompetent cervix” (I asked him what kind of misogynistic old dude invented that term and he laughed – which made me like him even more. Now it’s called a #WeakenedCervix),” explained the Varsity Blues actor.

“A simple surgical cerclage was done, removed at full-term, @vanderkimberly gave birth naturally on the ranch… and here we are. The medical books say to only look at a cerclage as an option after three late-term losses. Our doctor recommends considering it after one. Spread the word.”

James continued: “Each child brings their own energy, their own manifestation of consciousness, their own lessons. The ones we lost each gifted us with different pieces of the puzzle… leaving us that much more grateful for the ongoing master class we get to enjoy with this sweet, wise little one.”

James also thanked the people who knew of this pregnancy for respecting their privacy.

“To everyone in our community – both local and extended – who knew about our journey and honored our desire for privacy… thank you. May that respect and karma come back to y’all 1000-fold 🙏”

The former star of Hi-5 who met former AFL star Barry Hall while they were both competing in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! have welcome their third child, a baby boy.

Taking to Instagram to share the news, Lauren wrote:

“Our beautiful baby boy arrived Earth Side 26/10/2021, at 6.18am as a perfect 3.535kg & 51cm bundle 🌻

“We have been in a complete love bubble of newborn smells, noises, kisses and cuddles

“Miller & Houston are besotted with their baby brother and our hearts are just SO full.

“Thank you for your well-wishes, love & support while we took some time off the grid…and now be prepared for lots of baby squish on your feed 😉”

Lauren and her husband Barry found out their were expecting Samson a few days before her sister-in-law, Sandy passed away from cancer.

The children’s entertainer also shared the special meaning behind her newborn’s name and the connection it has to Sandy.

“This baby boy gave us the strength to appreciate, respect and surrender to both the gift and impermanence of life,” she writes.

“We were blessed with him a few days before our beautiful Sandra passed. He was the ‘light’ through our grief.

“In choosing a ‘name’ we wanted to honour our sons special connection to Sandy,” she says.

“The meaning and origin of Samson is ‘sun’ and biblically, he was endowed with strength.

“Samson’s middle name is Andy which is honour of his Daddy who’s middle name is Andrew. A special little touch – when written with his first initial reads: Sandy”.

The couple are also parents to boys, Miller, 4 Houston, 2.

Ellidy Pullin has welcomed Alex ‘Chumpy’ Pullin’s child, 16 months after his tragic passing

Alex “Chumpy” Pullin would have “been a great dad” and sadly that day has come 16 months after the Australian snowboard world champion lost his life.

Ellidy Pullin welcomed their daughter, Minnie Alex Pullin on Monday October 25.

‘Chumpy’, who carried The Australian flag  at the opening ceremony of the 2014 Winter Olympics, drowned in July 2020 while spearfishing at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast.

The 32yo is believed to have lost his life as the result of a shallow water blackout.

‘Chumpy’s’ wife, Ellidy became pregnant less than 12 months after his death, thanks to the IVF procedures the pair had begun before the Winter Olympian’s passing.

Speaking with Vogue Australia, Ellidy explained that the conception was possible thanks to the result of a snap sperm retrieval operation in the hours following his death.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the 32 new mum shared pictures of herself and their new baby in the hospital, captioned:

“Hello, I had a baby,” she posted to Instagram.

“And we have been a lil (sic) busy and tired.”

Speaking on her Darling, Shine! podcast earlier this month Ellidy said: ““I’m having a baby which is going to be the most beautiful thing ever and bittersweet in that it’s almost going to create more trauma here and there.”

“It’s really hard to swallow the fact that he’s missing this, he deserves this time, he wanted this, he would have been the best dad.”

“We also wanted names that promote positivity for them and our new family. Levi means ‘harmony among others’ and Tate means ‘cheerful’ so it suits them perfectly.”

Melissa adds: “We had some other names in mind, but we always came back to those two.”

The engaged couple announced the safe arrival of their two children exclusively to New Idea. In a statement, Bryce gushed over the newborns while revealing all the details of their unexpected arrival.

“We had planned to spend the weekend building the nursery and setting things up for the twins, but that all changed early Saturday morning,” the MAFS alum said.

“Even though the boys have arrived early, they’re doing really well and are getting the best care possible.

“The staff at Frankston Hospital were amazing with Liss making her feel comfortable and we can’t thank them enough for all their efforts!

“The boys are going to spend a few weeks in NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), they’re responding well to treatment and are squeezing our fingers which is the best feeling in the world.”

The couple who met last year on season 8 of Married At First Sight have had a bumpy road to love with their relationship subject to heavy criticism on-screen.

WAP superstar, Cardi B and her rapper husband, Offset welcomed their second child together on Saturday, September 4.

The 28yo new mum shared the happy news on her Instagram account on Monday night with the simple caption: “9/4/21”

The image is a very sweet photo of the proud new parents admiring their newborn baby boy snuggled under a Louis Vuitton blanket.

The pair also share 3yo daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus.

As yet, there is no word on the new addition’s name.

“We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son,” Cardi and Offset said in a statement to People. “He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can’t wait to introduce him to his other siblings.”

NRL star Benji Marshall and his wife, Zoe Marshall have shared the beautiful news of the safe arrival of their baby girl.

The pair, both 36yo are now the proud parents of two as new baby Ever joins big brother, 3yo Benjamin Fox.

Zoe took to Instagram to share the news and first photos of their baby girl in a series of heartwarming black and whit birth images.

Zoe has previously spoken on her Podcast The Deep, about how cautious she and Benji had been around this pregnancy given the complications they’ve had in the past.

She explained that Benji had a lot of anxiety around her announcing they were expecting too early in the pregnancy, after losing a baby in 2019.

“He’s had a lot of anxiety around me sharing prematurely, which I completely understand,” Zoe said.

“We had a loss around this time last year. I think the impact of that on me really rattled him. He’s private in general but didn’t want me to share,” she said.

According to PEOPLE, Emmy and husband, director Sam Esmail originally met on the set of Comet, which he was directing.

They became engaged in 2015 after two years of dating and later wed in May 2017 in New York City.

During an interview with Vogue, Emmy shared the romantic story of their proposal.

She explained that one of her husband’s favorite things to do is read the “Modern Love” section in the New York Times.

One day, he urged her to read a copy of the paper aloud to him.

“I began to read the article, and the story is about a director who falls in love with an actress, and I started to think: Huh, that’s strange,” she said. “And then I realised that it was our love story.” she added, “At first, I freaked out because I thought perhaps he had actually put it in the paper and I hadn’t seen it, and everyone knew it but me. After welcoming her second child last month with husband, Buddy Franklin, Jesinta has finally announced the little one’s name.

In a post on Instagram Stories on Sunday evening, Jesinta shared their baby boy is named, Rocky.

Captioning a short video of a bathtub filled with rose petals, the 29-year-old wrote:

“Lulu [her one-year-old daughter Tullulah] out for a walk with my parents and Rocky is sleeping… time for a little self care.”

Hilary experienced ‘lightning crotch’ during the final stages of her pregnancy

During a recent appearance on The Ellen Show, Hilary opened up to fill-in host Brooke Baldwin about her experience with the painful pregnancy condition.

“I didn’t have it with the other kids,” the actress explained.

“So, I texted my midwife the other day, and was like, ‘What’s up with the stabbing pains in my vagina?'”

She continued: “It feels awful, like you’re being struck by lightning.”

The midwife’s response?

“She just wrote back, and she was like, ‘Oh, lightning crotch’—like it was no big thing. I was like, ‘This is quite traumatic,'” Hilary laughed.

“Like, it’ll just strike and all of a sudden you’re doubled over. And then it’s gone,” she said.

Lightning crotch is characterised by sharp, shooting, and short-lived pain in the pelvis during the third trimester.

It’s a common pregnancy complaint but it’s not often talked about.

Fiona, 38 announced she was expecting in September 2020.

Throughout their path to parenthood, the couple have been open and honest about their pregnancy struggles and IVF journey.

In August, 2020 Fiona revealed she and Hayley had been trying for months, an experience she described as a “traumatic” and a “lonely” one.

“Obviously you have your partner but it can actually feel like a really lonely process,” Fiona told The Daily Telegraph at the time.

“It is you and your body against all odds. Women don’t really talk about it until after the fact. It can be really quite traumatic.”

The pair announced the exciting news on Friday with an adorable Instagram post of the newborn – a baby girl.

“March 25, 2021. Celebrating the two loves of my life. Happy first wedding anniversary to my sweetheart husband and day of birth to our beautiful daughter. ❤️ Grace Warrior Irwin Powell,” wrote the 22-year-old new mum.

“Our graceful warrior is the most beautiful light. Grace is named after my great-grandmother, and relatives in Chandler’s family dating back to the 1700s. Her middle names, Warrior Irwin, are a tribute to my dad and his legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior.

“Her last name is Powell and she already has such a kind soul just like her dad. There are no words to describe the infinite amount of love in our hearts for our sweet baby girl. She chose the perfect day to be born and we feel tremendously blessed.”

The Married At First Sight star shared the exciting baby news to Instagram, writing:

While the new arrival is the first child for Tracey and her husband, Nathan Constable, the reality star shares a ten-year-old daughter, Grace, with her ex Jacob Anthonisz.

Last week Tracey was admitted into hospital care.

Sharing a photo of her bump with her fans on Instagram, Tracey wrote: “Still pregnant and not so patiently waiting!

“This pregnancy has tested me in a lot of ways. Having an irritable uterus, the last week and has been painful and arduous, in and out of hospital overnight stays and being monitored.”

“This is how we hang for now – I know he will come at the perfect time so I’m just going to try and enjoy the last days of pregnancy while navigating the pain and exhaustion.

“I’m so proud of mine! Bed rest and staying positive with an amazing supportive hubby”.

She welcomed her son, August “Gus” Harrison Goldsmith in late February and for the first-time mum Mandy Moore it’s been incredible.

Sharing a beautiful black and white image of herself beaming down at a giggling Gus to Instagram, the This Is Us star confirmed that motherhood is agreeing with her.

The 36yo captioned the image: “Inside jokes with this little guy for over 3 weeks.”

The multi-talented star went deep about her birth story during a recent appearance on the Informed Pregnancy Podcast.

“It’s like you’re on this trip. You’re on this like acid trip or something,” she explained.

“Like, I was in my own head, doing my own thing. I could hear people—I could hear suggestions and sometimes agree with them.

“Ultimately, it was such an insular experience, which sounds silly that I guess I didn’t really imagine it.

“I felt like it was going to be somewhat more participatory with other people, that I would see their faces and be awake and alert and like, listen to their suggestions.

“I was on my own. It was my own narrative, my own story.”

The Blurred Lines star shared the news on Thursday that she’d welcomed her first child a few days ago.

“Sylvester Apollo Bear has joined us earth side,” she wrote alongside an image of her breastfeeding her newborn.

The pair plan to raise their child in a “gender-neutral” household.

The I feel Pretty star had previously penned a candid essay outlining how she “would not force gender stereotypes’ when raising her child.

“When my husband and I tell friends that I’m pregnant, their first question after ‘Congratulations’ is almost always ‘Do you know what you want?'” she wrote.

“We like to respond that we won’t know the gender until our child is 18 and that they’ll let us know then.”

The Block 2017 winners Elyse Knowles and Josh Barker have welcomed a sweet baby boy.

Taking to Instagram, the couple has revealed that their son had made his arrival, born last week on Thursday, February 25.

The pair each shared the same sweet image each of their Instagram accounts of their hands cradling their new son’s feet captured in black and white.

“The next chapter in our lives. The best chapter yet. And it’s called Sunny ☀️25~2~21 Sunny Barker 💙,” wrote model Elyse, alongside a blue love-heart emoji symbolising the baby’s gender.

The star of This Is Us and her husband, Taylor Goldsmith are now first-time parents.

Mandy Moore shared the baby news to Instagram, writing:

“Gus is here 💙💙💙💙. Our sweet boy, August Harrison Goldsmith. He was punctual and arrived right on his due date, much to the delight of his parents.”

Married at First Sight‘s Ning is a grandmother at age 36

Reality television star, Ning Surasiang has welcomed her first grandchild into the world.

Taking to Instagram, the young 36-year-old grandmother shared photos of her eldest daughter, Kia, 17, in labour and then with her newborn.

“She’s fighting contractions and I’m fighting all the excitement,” the contestant on the 2019 series of MAFS wrote.

“No one really wins just yet… you got this hunnay.”

Alongside a black-and-white photo of Kia snuggling up to her newborn, the new grandmother wrote:

“So very proud of my oldest daughter, who did something I wasn’t able to ever do. Thank you for having me with you to witness the most incredible, beautiful and raw experience called childbirth. Watching your baby have a baby was an emotional experience for all of us, but you kicked arse hunnay! Kia you are one tough cookie. Words can not describe how proud I am of you, you didn’t complain, not once you said you couldn’t do it. Not even one curse word. You did better then good mama.”

Ning has two other children, Kai, six, and Kobi, nine.

During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Justin spoke about being “grateful” for his family.

“I’ll tell you his name. His name is Phineas and he’s awesome,” Justin told Ellen, after letting slip she was one of the “first people outside of our immediate family that we told” about their son’s arrival.
