Hippybottomus Bamboo Charcoal Insert is the same insert that is in the Hippybottomus Stay-Dry Natural Nappies. It has 2 layers of bamboo charcoal over 3 layers of microfiber. The insert can be added in to boost absorbency overnight. It is also great to have a few extra inserts spare for emergencies or lots of rainy days!
